Severo's first gig was on a Rockin' the River Cruise, a Circle Line evening tour of the NYC harbor. (He plays bass with
The Smithereens, in case you didn't know)

A little after 8pm, we embarked from Pier 83 to go around the tip of Manhattan, circle under the Brooklyn Bridge and return. I stood in the back of the boat, to see the sights.
There was a good-sized crowd. It was more about socializing back where I was than listening to the band, who played in the bow in an enclosed space.

Pat ended the set exactly as the boat docked -- an excellent piece of stage craft.
