Cilantro Salsa
makes 1 cup
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro, stems trimmed off
1-4 tomatillos, roast + remove skin
2 key limes - juice
olive oil
salt
pulverize garlic in food processor
add other ingredients, puree
add more oil as needed
store in fridge
